Maximising your personality traits in work and business
A workshop lasting from a half day - 6 hours, held in-house By gaining a greater understanding of our personality and that of others, we can empower ourselves in work, business and social situations, build our confidence and increase our chances of success.
It is aimed at those in work or business, or those returning to the workplace, who would like to be able to communicate effectively and with confidence, and understand how to dress appropriately. In this session you will learn about the four personality types, determine your own type, be able to ‘spot’ other types and be able to apply this knowledge in two main areas: Communication You will learn how to: Tailor your communication more effectively to interact with colleagues, managers, staff, clients and customers Be more effective in meetings, presentations and networking situations Appreciate the differences between male and female communication styles Your Professional Image You will: Uncover the subtle psychology behind how clothes make you feel, and how other people relate to what you wear. Gain a sense of freedom and empowerment by understanding why you like a certain personality of clothing. Understand how others communicate their personality and gain a sense of appreciation for their individuality, challenges and strengths. Learn key points to creating an exciting and appropriate wardrobe that will work for your professional and personal life.
